SE management

SE Management is a body appointed by the Head of Department D-CHAB with the basic task of adequately implementing the ETH safety and environmental policy in the entire D-CHAB and throughout the HCI. The SE management acts according to the guidelines of the inter-departmental committee OSC.

Occupational safety coordination (OSC)

OSC is an HCI-wide and inter-departmental committee, headed by the delegated professor for safety from the D-CHAB, for current lab-safety and occupational-safety topics in the HCI. OSC meetings are held twice a year. The members represent user and safety representatives for each department (D-CHAB, D-MATL, D-BIOL und D-HEST), institutes, facility service, technology and service platforms and SSHE as a guest. User and representatives of SSHE compile together answers and solutions for safety-relevant questions and adequately implement the ETH safety regulations since 2013.
