Safety lecture exam (mandatory for all persons who will work in laboratories as well as for all assistants in the practical training rooms at HCI):

The Safety Lecture exam (in either German or English) must be taken and passed by all persons, including doctoral students, post-docs, assistants, but also visiting scientists, who work in laboratories and intend to work with chemicals and biological substances. This does not apply to the staff in the administration and service units, nor to all students. The safety lecture exam consists of 10 questions (random generator), which have to be answered in free text in a maximum of 30 minutes. One answer results in 2 points each.
